The two official school publications of Makati Science High School namely The Makati Science Vision (English) and Ang Kadluan (Filipino) were acknowledged in the 25th Teodoro Valencia Annual Search for the Top Ten Outstanding Campus Journalists and Campus Papers held at Cielito Zamora High School Annex II, Camarin, Caloocan City, Feb. 10 and 17.
                Ang Kadluan grabbed fifth place in the features section with Maria Angela Mariano as their editor.
                On the other hand, the Makati Science Vision seized tenth place in the news section by Ma Josephine Inocencio, editor; third place in the features section with Jasper Hannah Castro, editor; and the school paper ranked 9th for Ten Outstanding School Publication in English.
                Miss Adoracion San Pascual served as the Ang Kadluan adviser while Mr Alixander Escote is the adviser of The Makati Science Vision. However, due to Mr Escote’s scholarship in the United States, Mr Joselito Bisenio became the acting adviser of said publication.

The event was sponsored by the Department of Education National Capital Region Search for School Paper Advisers and Teodoro Valencia Foundation.
