The MSHS Special Science and Technology Curriculum has been enriched in Science, English, Mathematics, and Computer Education.

In Science and Technology, four (4) additional periods are added each year level (Earth Science, Environmental Education, Introduction to Physics and Organic Chemistry).

In English, four (4) additional periods are added each year level (Basic Grammar, Advanced Grammar, Effective Communication and Technical Writing, and Journalism and Print Media).

In Mathematics, four (4) additional periods are added each year level (Statistics, Trigonometry, Analytic Geometry and Calculus).

Research Practicum is being added as another elective subject in the third year. The first and second year also take Library Study. Citizenship Advancement Training Unit (CAT) is taken in the fourth year. The teaching of CATU is in accordance to the DepEd Order ...

The school has been undertaking certain innovations/projects:

• The use of Computer-Assisted Instruction or Teaching-Learning with Computers in SEM subjects
• The teaching of French Language
• The training of five (5) teachers in the study of French Language
• The training of students and teachers to undertake the project:
